About Yogi Squad

Yogi Squad is on a mission to make yoga and mindfulness accessible to ALL CHILDREN

Our goal is to educate and equip all children with tools to create their best life.

No matter where we circle our mats, Yogi Squad is a safe community where kids and their yogis can join together to focus on self-awareness, mutual support, physical health and resiliency. Yogi Squad aims to support all children through the mindful practice of yoga, mindfulness, and a love of children’s literature.

We want all children to learn how to focus their own breath and understand how to feel safe in their own bodies. We want to teach them through the facilitation of internal tools that develop self-control, so they can grow up to be the best version of themselves.

100% of Yogi Squad’s profits go directly to funding our work in local schools!

What We Do

Yogi Squad is a mobile yoga and mindfulness program for kids ages 18 months through young adult.

We partner with schools, daycares, and youth related organizations and business to provide our programming with the goal of improving the physical, mental, and social emotional health of the school communities with work with.

We’re more than just a kids’ yoga class

Brooke Blankenship

Yoga classes develop positive body-awareness and encourage social skills. When yoga is paired with storytime elements, student literacy is supported through creative engagement and connection to our world. Combining the practice of yoga with academic concepts invites children to be physically engaged in participation, allowing personal connection and meaning to support and excel learning. Through the creative incorporation of literature, books come to life with the movement and mindfulness of yoga.

Kids learn to focus their minds while strengthening their muscles, joints and flexibility. Music, rhythm, motion, and games enrich lessons and fully engage each class with multi-sensory activities.
