REFUND POLICY

Returns and Refunds (if applicable):

We replace physical items if they are defective or damaged. Send us an email at info@yogisquad.org and we will provide you further instructions on where to return the item for an exchange. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges beyond 7 days from the date of delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 days. 

In-person classes are non-refundable. In the event classes need to be canceled by Yogi Squad due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify all enrolled students and make every effort to offer a makeup session.

Exceptions:

Digital products can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. After 7 days of purchase, refunds are not accepted.
