Using Your Superpower (Breath Work):

Hot Cocoa Breathing: Let's make a yummy cup of hot cocoa together. We'll practice cooling our hot cocoa down with our breath. Breathe nice and slow so you don't spill!

Falling Snowflakes: Did you know singing calms the nervous system? Singing helps you breath everything out, so you take deeper, more cleansing breaths. Try singing with your kids and watch the magic happen.

Santa Breath: Breathe in deep and get ready to HO-HO-HO like the big guy.

Mindful Meditations:

Holiday Moments with Family and Friends Meditation: Family time during the holidays can feel overwhelming for everyone. 👪👪👪 Use this kid friendly meditation to relax and think about all the moments you have together to be grateful for. 💪😊

Winter Solstice Meditation: December 21st is the winter solstice, the shortest day of the year. It's when the sun decides to take a little break and gives us more darkness than daylight. But don't worry, because something wonderful is happening. ✨

Sleep Before Santa Tricks: It's that magical time of year when we're all eagerly waiting for Santa and his reindeer to appear. But before they can arrive, it's important for you to have a peaceful and restful sleep. So, let's take a moment to calm our minds and prepare for the sweetest dreams. 🎄

Must Read Holiday Books:

Dasher: We've all heard the story of the red-nosed reindeer... But have you heard the story of the brave little doe? 🦌 This one is pretty magical! Dasher, by Matt Tavares.

Five More Sleeps: PREMIERES DEC 11TH! 🎄 Christmas is coming and little Jimmy (Jimmy Fallon, that is) can barely stand it! Help him countdown the sleeps till the day the Big Guy finally arrives! 🧑‍🎄

Olive the Other Reindeer: PREMIERES DEC 18TH! Olive thought she was a dog, but a catchy song has her changing her tune for antlers! Will this little dog help Santa save his sleigh and Christmas?

Craft Ideas:

Make a Gratitude Paper Link Garland: Create one inch strips of different colored paper to write out things you and your kids are grateful for this year, and create a handmade decoration for the tree!
