Improve Wellbeing

Our classes allow space for teens to challenge their strength, explore mindfulness, and learn more about themselves.

 

Space for Self-Exploration

Students learn that a consistent yoga practice allows them to tune into and listen to their body and mind, and how to respond versus react.

 

Manage Stress

We teach techniques for coping with issues unique to this age group, such as body insecurities, peer-pressures, academic stress, and other uncertainties.

 

Create Community

Through the community developed in our classes, teens are empowered to engage more fully in their personal lives, school and society.

Yogi T(w)eens

T(w)een classes are currently offered through private individual or small group sessions.
