SHOWING UP IS THE KEY!

Despite any limitations, chair yoga allows you to move with a supportive prop to help you feel stronger, increase your flexibility, and allow you the ability to bend, twist, stretch, and move freely in your own skin! Approximately 45 minutes, all levels yoga class, chair required.
