Breathe in An Attitude of Gratitude This Season

Just in time for Thanksgiving, we’re talking all about gratitude this month in our kid’s yoga classes in Fort Worth! Practicing gratitude with kids is easy. First, we start by talking about what gratitude is, and what it means to be thankful for something. Then we give them a few examples of people, places, things, and experiences that they can be thankful for, then let them roll! Our yogis are never shy to share all of their favorite people, pets, places, foods, toys, etc. This is an awesome activity to get a robust gratitude discussion going with little yogis.

At Yogi Squad, we teach our students that “Breathing is My Superpower”. In each class, we practice using our superpower (breath) in different, kid-friendly ways. In line with our Thanksgiving Gratitude theme, we’ve recorded a few of the breath exercises we’ve been practicing this month in our kids yoga classes. Click any of the thumbnails below to visit our YouTube channel, and while you’re there we’d be grateful if you’d like and subscribe. Give them a try and leave comment below with your favorite!
