What are you doing New Years Eve?

New Years Eve is a symbol of reflection, intentions, and gratitude for our time together on this beautiful planet. Here’s a few tips our family will be following to show our appreciation of what was, what is, and what will be:

  1. Take time to be present in the moment throughout the evening. Set aside time for yourself, and be mindful of the beauty of the present.

  2. Reflect on the past, and think about the lessons you have learned.

  3. Set intentions for the year ahead. Make a list of goals, and write down ways you can make them happen.

  4. Connect with friends and family. Reach out to your loved ones and celebrate the start of a new year together.

  5. Practice gratitude. Take a moment to be thankful for everything you have and all you have achieved, and all that is to come.

Happy New Year, Yogis! Wishing you Light, Peace, and Love, today and everyday.
