Yoga in a chair is GOOD for you, whether you’re 13 or 102! Stretching and moving your body everyday is one of the secrets to living a long, happy, healthy life. You don’t have to kill yourself at the gym! Just grab a chair and a little free space with me, BB Yogini, and be consistent... SHOWING UP IS THE KEY!
Despite any limitations, chair yoga allows you to move with a supportive prop to help you feel stronger, increase your flexibility, and allow you the ability to bend, twist, stretch, and move freely in your own skin!
Check out Everyday Chair Yoga with BB on our YouTube channel. Classes are approximately 45 minutes, all levels welcome, chair (without arms) required. It’s best to put a mat or something non-slip under your chair so it’s sturdy.
